Turkey Burgers

On Saturday night I made the following burgers for supper.  They were absolutely delicious and I just must share this recipe:
1/2lb lean ground turkey or beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup cauliflower or carrot puree
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/8 tsp pepper
In a large bowl, stir together the meat, breadcrumbs, puree, milk, soy sauce, garlic + pepper with a wooden spoon; the mixture will be moist.  Form into patties and cook on BBQ
I think we got about 8 little patties which is perfect for me + Finley.  Greg and Brad had Elk burgers instead of these but Greg did try a bite of mine and said they were pretty good.  I had to add a bit more crumbs then it called for because they weren’t sticking very well.
