I was trying to figure out stuff for 2017 and I just kept sitting at my desk deleting everything that I wrote, which i must admit wasn't very much. And then I saw a few people sharing this on social media and I was like this is what I need going forward. The only concrete goal I have for this year is to stay healthy and run at a minimum 700km but all the things listed above is a good guide to have a great year.
