March By The Numbers - Sweat Edition

All my numbers and physical activity were down this month thanks to a trip to Chicago and a nasty cold but I still did better then I thought in some areas.


11 - run days
2 - missed runs 
78.42 - km ran in March
75 - March goal in km 
247.41- km ran in 2018
22.41- km ahead of my goal 

6 - runs outside
42.98 - ran outside


5 - runs on my treadmill 
35.44 - km ran on treadmill


3 - bootcamps attended
6- bootcamps missed (worst month ever)

9 - times meditated 
40.42 - minutes meditating

2 - indoor bike rides
60 - minutes biked



7 - times I did a core workout 
7 - times I did a regular workout

12 - times I did strength training
11- times I stretched
7 - times I rolled out 
1070 - calf raises completed

23 - days active
8 - days not active

While my numbers are significantly down this month, I have zero regrets about it. I very much enjoyed my time in Chicago and I did walk over 100,000 steps in 6 days so it is not like I did nothing while there haha.  Hopefully April sees a big jump in my numbers and that it warms up and the snow melts so i can get back running outside consistently.
