By The Numbers - Sweat Edition

April was a pretty good month - especially for my running! Last year, I broke 100km for the first time of the year but had to wait until this month to crack the 100km mark.

Overall, I was pretty happy with my numbers for this month.  I would like to improve on my stretching, rolling and strengthening in May especially with the Calgary Marathon coming up at the end of the month!
