May By The Numbers - Sweat Edition

May wasn't the best month but I met most of my goals and I ran a good half marathon, not too much more you can ask for!

438.64 - km until I reach my goal for 2018

1 - half marathon ran this month

2 - km hiked.  It was more like a walk but it was in the mountains so it is a hike haha


2 - trips to physio to make me better for my race
2 - massages - before and after my race

8 - times I did my strengthening exercises

16 - times I rolled out

27 - days I was active this month

My goals for June are to stay healthy until my half marathon at the end of the month and finish that race strong and not in pain haha.
