June was a hard month for me.  My achilles bothered me a lot which made the month fairly crappy unfortunately.  I took the entire last week off from everything and I didn`t miss anything, not even running.  This was a sure sign that I was needing a break from running both mentally and physically.  I have no goals for July except to make sure I still stretch, roll and strengthen and slowly increase my km for running.
