I have 2 races in September - a 10k and a half marathon so I am gonna do my last long run on the long weekend at some point and then do a lot of stretching, rolling and calf raises to get me ready for those races.  I am hoping to start cross training again, I took the summer off and now that I am starting to feel good I would like to add it slowly back in.  How did you do this month? Any big goals for next month?
