September Sweat By The Numbers - Sweat Edition

The momentum from the success of August carried over into September and I couldn't have been happier.  It is nice to see when all of your hard work pays off in such a rewarding way.


104.12 - kilometers ran in September
825.97 - kilometers ran in 2018 so far
900 - my goal for 2018
74.03 - km's to go
12 - days of running 
9 - days ran outside
3 - days ran on treadmill
89.12 - km's ran outside
15 - ran inside
 23 - kilometers ran in one run - a new record for me!!!!!



2 - races ran in Septmeber 
10 - kilometers was my first race
21.1 - was my second race
6 - races ran in 2018
2- nd fastest half marathon time
14 - half marathons ran 
2 - 10ks ran 


2 - beachbody workouts
7 - times meditated 
75 - minutes spent meditating


19 - times I stretched
8 - times I did strengthening 
14 - times I rolled out 
270 - eccentric calf raises on the stairs

26 - days active

Overall I was pretty happy with September.  With race season over and cold weather sadly already here, I am hoping to just try to maintain my running and ensure I get my beachbody workouts on and still remember to stretch and roll even if my total distance running is shortened because I am a wimp haha.
